In April 2005, we filed an application to adopt a baby from China. Our dossier was logged in on January 25, 2006. Finally, we're in the next group to receive a referral!
Our agency called today to say we have a seven-month-old daughter from Hunan province! Her name is Yong Xiao Le and she's cute as a button. As soon as we can get a picture scanned and uploaded the world will see what a little doll she is.
Congrats - after the LID mix-up - as hard as that was (I am sure!), you will know that the timing was perfect for you to get your sweet girl. Yay! We have a Spicy Hunan girl, too. :)

Our Mia is from Hunan and you are going to love the hotel-- the Dolton. It is amazing. If you need any info about Changsha Hunan and what to do while there, email me-- there are great massages next door to the hotel that are $5 an hour-- done by blind people and AMAZING!!!
Barbara, Rich, and Leah, Not just saying this, but she is the most adorable baby(except for my own of course). I just finished reading your blog about Ava and your mom. Sometimes it is so hard to make sense out of why certain things happen the way they do in life, but maybe it will bring you some peace to think of Ava as a little angel your mom is sending you from heaven.
